Latina SafeHouse is the only organization in the Denver metro area that serves as a bridge connecting Latina survivors and resources needed to heal. As community navigators, our role is to ensure that our survivors are are not only heard, but are also understood, valued, and are treated with compassion.
It’s essential to note that Latinas are disproportionately affected by domestic violence and are less likely to connect with proper service providers, oftentimes citing language and cultural barriers.
Your support allows trained staff to function and excel as community navigators, advocates, and case managers to one of the most vulnerable populations in our society.
